Project Coordinator I Location: Duarte, CA/Hybrid Duration: 9-10 months with possible contract to hire/ with possible extension Description: Position Overview: Independently executes a broad range of operational, administrative, and support activities for the office of the Senior Director of Facilities, Design and Construction. Responsible for creation and coordination of multiple major facilities projects to better support the master campus plan and the growth on the enterprise with internal and external contacts related to Client planning and construction projects. Provides coordination of project related documentation and administrative duties as required to support division projects. Supports and manages responsibilities and assignments including report preparation and presentations to senior executives and leadership. Assists with coordinating new construction, renovations and repositioning of facility projects. Coordinates communication across the enterprise on behalf of the Executive Director. Position Accountabilities Department communications and eBuilder administrator. Project coordinator will work with the ESOP business manager to support client Plaza project, including purchase requisitioning, invoicing, project account monitoring, reconciliation, and report preparation. Assist in tracking all expenditures and ensure that recurring expenses (e.g. service contracts) are properly redirected to the home department. Serves as a resource for proper account utilization. Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in business office and administrative analysis with skill at creating and utilizing tracking and controls systems. Experience in overseeing clerical and support staff. Bookkeeping knowledge helpful. Minimum Education: HS Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
