NuScale Power Project Controls Specialist 3 in United States
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director, Project Management Center of Excellence, the Project Controls Specialist (Corporate) assists with establishing, communicating, and providing training on the corporate project information requirements that are flowed down to projects. This includes but is not limited to, consolidating and analyzing project information to assess project compliance with corporate requirements, ensuring corporate forecasts provided by projects are consistent and complete, and ensuring project information can be translated effectively into corporate processes. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, project-focused work environment, with the ability to quickly acclimate to new teams, project structures, and organizational priorities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the collection, documentation, maintenance, and communication of corporate requirements for project controls information.
Identify opportunities to efficiently meet corporate requirements with minimal administrative burden on projects.
Perform audits of project systems to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Review Project Management Plans and project performance baselines to confirm corporate requirements are met.
Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to generate actionable insights.
Utilize project management software to transform data into meaningful information for strategic decision-making.
Provide corporate stakeholders with clear, concise, and timely reports that highlight project performance against strategic objectives.
Facilitate executive decision-making by presenting data-driven recommendations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Quality Assurance: Demonstrates understanding in the implementation of quality assurance regulations, standards and guidelines of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
Education: A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.
Experience: Minimum of five years full-time experience working in a dynamic, project-focused organization as a project planner, scheduler, or project controls professional with an emphasis on coordinating conflicting demands and priorities, is required. Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, technical writing, communication, and presentation skills is required. Strong software skills, particularly advanced excel, is required. Preferred software proficiency includes Primavera P6, PRISM G2, and Oracle ERP. Additional preferred experience includes claims and forensic analysis and Earned Value Management.
Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810.

The target pay range for this position is $99,175 - $119,694 annually. The full pay range is $88,915 - $139,073.
