Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Controller/Proposal Pricing Analyst. This position is remote.

The Project Controller is a key member of the team and works directly with the Project Management team to help define project goals and objectives; create and maintain project budgets and schedules, analyze progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Program Managers in the planning, execution, and implementation of projects.

• Track and project all project expenditures and recommend methods to keep project under budget.

• Monitor project hours and ensure employees are charging to the appropriate codes as required.

• Approve invoices prior to submission to the Government and record details in project tracker.

• Monitor, track, and project funding burn rates and report results.

• Maintain project trackers in MS Excel.

• Collaborate with the Contracting team to review contracts and modifications to ensure accuracy.

• Provide financial reporting and metrics to the Program Manager for monthly reporting to the Government.

• Responsible for managing funding amounts, modifications, workforce changes, charge codes, and all other project related changes in Deltek Costpoint.

• Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Statements of Work (SOW) for specific cost requirements to assist in developing proposal pricing structure and to identify any cost and pricing concerns arising from the RFP and/or SOW.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced knowledge of Excel required), and Deltek Costpoint.

• Government contracting experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and outside contacts at all levels, both in oral and written form.

• Able to multi-task productively; is well organized, using time management processes and procedures effectively.

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Clearance if required.
