Description:

• Global Risk Technology team is looking for motivated talent to manage delivery efforts across the Trade Surveillance space.

• The role will engage in detailed planning of both work and funding across the Trade Surveillance portfolio, as well as develop and provide regular reporting to senior management in the Technology, Compliance, and Front Line teams.

• The employee will report to the senior delivery lead for Trade Surveillance.

• 15-20 years of Project and Program Manager experience, with experience in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

• 10-15 years experience in Technology Project/Program Management working for banks or investment firms

• Capital Markets experience

• Experience creating and managing projects in Microsoft Project

• Expertise using Jira to manage and report on Scrum projects

• Experience presenting team accomplishments and project updates to various levels of management

• Experience with intake and resource planning

• Experience with Actimize Case Manager or other trade surveillance systems
