Job Title

The successful candidates will be placed as a Program Manager III or IV based on qualifications.

Job Definition

The Program Manager assists with the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a District program or service and also contributes to the development and launch of the program or service, supporting the design and other activities.

A Data Governance Program Manager III/IV is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of data governance frameworks and policies within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data assets. The Data Governance Program Manager III/IV will design and enforce data governance standards, establish data stewardship roles, and drive initiatives to enhance data literacy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will monitor and report on data governance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on data governance best practices.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a comprehensive data governance strategy, managing data governance projects, and facilitating data governance councils or committees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data governance principles and practices. They should also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully implementing data governance programs in complex organizational environments.

Experience/Education

Program Manager III $124,779 to $155.975 Annually

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field, AND Four (4) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related;

OR

• Eight (8) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related.

Program Manager IV $156,523 to $195,655 Annually

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field, AND Six (6) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related;

OR

• Ten (10) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related.
