Overall Responsibilities: This critical temporary role will provide comprehensive maternity leave coverage for a tram mate, ensuring the seamless continuation of essential projects and operations within gUP. The primary focus will be on the EPP project's ops client side, P&I communications execution, and maintaining day-to-day P&I operational rigor. Key Responsibilities: EPP Project: Take ownership of the ops client aspects of the EPP project Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project efforts P&I Communications: Execute communications plans based on the pre-established strategy for P&I Develop and distribute relevant communications materials Track and report on communication effectiveness P&I Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all P&I activities Prepare and submit timely reports on P&I performance P&I Operational Support: Assist in upholding the day-to-day operational rigor of P&I Identify and address any operational challenges or inefficiencies Additional Information: The role will have a significant impact on several cross-functional teams within gUP.
