Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements checked below:
Answers a high volume of calls, takes messages and relays information as appropriate
Complies with all Agency and Program polices, and applicable laws related to confidentiality
Confirms appointments by contacting the clients in advance as assigned
Greets all clients and visitors with a professional and warm tone
Provides receipts for all money order transactions; Balances receipt book daily; Provides a monthly report on all money order transactions; Prepares check requests
Schedules and arranges meeting space
Assists the Program Director in completing quarterly reports and other tasks as assigned
Prepares correspondence as assigned; Ensures the daily distribution of client satisfaction surveys and gathers completed surveys
Orders office supplies
Maintains an organized work environment
