What we want

Multiple Positions Available. This is not a student position, if you are a student please apply hereinstead. Cashiers are required to maintain a parking lot entrance and provide parking guidance while working outdoors in various weather conditions during all 7 scheduled A&M home football games. Cashiers may also work various additional event shifts at their discretion throughout the year. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, courteous and have strong interpersonal and verbal skills. What you need to know

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr ($20.00/hr will be paid for Football events)

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • No prior experience required.

​Required Knowledge Abilities and Skills:

  • Must be friendly, courteous, and have strong people and verbal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

  • Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions.

    Other Requirements or Other Factors:

  • Must be able to work all A&M home football games. Scheduled hours will vary from 6:00am to 10:00pm depending on each game’s start time.

  • Friday shifts may also be available.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Must be able to work in all types of weather.

  • Training will be provided.

  • Meals, snacks, and drinks are provided during shifts.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience

Responsibilities:

  • Cashiering - Cashiers lots on special events (Football, Ring Day, Basketball, Graduations, etc.) by taking appropriate ticket or cash for their assigned lot and letting customers enter appropriate lot. Expect a lot of public interaction while providing customer service, cash and ticket handling, and parking direction. Cash and ticket handling is required

  • Customer Service - Answers questions from customers in relation to where to park on special events parking days.
