The Production Associate would work in our Appleton, WI location.

Primary Function

This production associate position's primary duties are assembling residential water treatment systems. The successful candidate will be able to accurately work from a bill of materials to determine required media and components. The candidate will be trained and work all phases of the assembly line to include tank filling, final assembly, and packaging . Successful candidate will have the skill set to work both accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.

We Offer

Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday; 7:00 am – 3:30 pm CST. 2nd Shift- Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm- 2:00am.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.6 6 /hr.

$20.80 after 6 months

$21.84 after 12 months

Responsibilities

• Reading Bill of Materials

• Pick Parts from Multiple Locations

• Assemble Components

• Inventory control

• Shop clean up

• Quality control

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Good attitude and team player

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs

• Ability to obtain a fork lift certification within 60 days of hire

• Measurement/mathematical skills

• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Years of Experience

Minimum of 6 months related work experience
