Our LGBTQIA+ oriented team has openings for Outpatient Therapists. Help us realize our dream of creating a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY! This PRIDE team will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally informed and competent way.

Pride Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation:

Fee for Service:

  • $45/hour for MA Level

  • $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity

  • $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience

  • $65-$70/hour for independent license

Salary:

  • Full Time $64,000 - $72,000

Premiums paid for:

  • Non-English language capacity

  • Experience

  • Select clinical specialties

    Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with a plan to become licensed as an LICSW or LMHC within 2 years

  • LGBTQIA+ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof

  • Independent Clinical License in the state of MA (Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) preferred

  • Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach

Fee for Service Therapists with a 15-hour caseload are eligible for pro-rated benefits after two years
