Position Summary:
Providing Rehabilitation services to patients and residents. Services available to include: Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
Provide direct patient care and all related tasks including documentation, education and participation in administrative tasks as appropriate.
Responsible to the Director of the Rehabilitation Services.
Daily interaction with co-workers and other hospital personnel, medical staff, patients/residents, and visitors.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved/certified Physical Therapy Assistant school.
Associates degree required.
Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
Valid drivers license required.
