Liberty Latin America Outdoor Sales Support in United States

Whats the role

The outdoor sales Support is a key member of the sales department, a sales support agent is responsible for carrying out the administrative duties that help the sales team run smoothly. This role is very important because it allows the sales team to be free to focus on selling. You’ll need energy and a can-do attitude to process high volume of customer inquire and sale.

What You'll do

  • Creating and processing sales orders

  • Managing and correspondence between clients and sales team.

  • Monitoring client accounts for pending and completed sales.

  • Complete disconnections as new services are installed.

  • Process sales agent’s top-up and phone reconciliation on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Knowledge of system to apply adjustments and credits as it arises

  • Update daily sales drive and individual performance reports.

  • Process all Mobile Number Ports for sales agents.

  • Assist sales agents with faults and other reports by escalating to the necessary department.

  • Provide team members on the ground with customer’s information daily.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Good time management and organization skills.

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer service experience

  • Good written and verbal English

  • Keyboard and computer skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work as a team or independently

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Proactivity

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and non-standard working hour and constantly changing environment.
