RGP Oracle Cloud Business Systems Analyst Consultant in United States

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud EPM Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. In this role, you will leverage your strong financial and functional expertise to help clients optimize their EPM processes across modules like Financial Close and Consolidation, Enterprise Planning, and Account Reconciliation. You will play a key role in guiding business users and system integrators through best practices, ensuring successful project implementations, and supporting data integrations between ERP and EPM systems.   • Oracle Cloud EPM Implementations : Lead and participate in full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live support.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business users and system integrators to document EPM requirements, map processes, and configure solutions to align with client needs.

  • EPM Module Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert in key EPM areas, including Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Smartview.

  • Data Migration and Reconciliation : Manage data migration efforts using FBDI templates, ensuring accurate data transfers between ERP and EPM systems. Perform data reconciliation to verify alignment.

  • Reporting and Analytics : Gather reporting requirements related to EPM and deliver solutions that meet analytical needs.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance : Lead testing efforts with client resources and system integrators, ensuring the solution meets defined requirements and performs seamlessly.

  • Advisory Role : Advise clients on EPM best practices, helping them maximize the value of their Oracle EPM investment and achieve streamlined business processes.

  • Experience : Several years of experience as an Oracle Cloud EPM Business Systems Analyst, with a proven record of completing 3 to 4 full-cycle EPM implementations.

  • Finance and Functional Background : Strong financial expertise paired with a functional understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications.

  • Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in using FBDI templates for data migration and managing data reconciliation between ERP and EPM systems.

  • EPM Best Practices : In-depth understanding of EPM best practices, with hands-on experience in modules like FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDM, and Smartview.

  • Client-Facing Experience : Proven ability to document requirements and advise stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction through each stage of implementation.

  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex data and functional issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional EPM Knowledge : Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud EPM extensions or ERP modules is a plus.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience working in large enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

  • Pay Range: $ 65-90/ Hr.
