ManTech Model Based Systems Engineer in United States

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Model Based Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with Cameo Systems Modeler / Magic Cyber Systems Engineer / SysML

  • Creates, integrates, and applies interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept throughout the product lifecycle

  • Applies specific functional knowledge, working and general industry knowledge

  • Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience

  • Experience with System of Systems (SoS)

  • Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler / Magic Cyber Systems Engineer / SysML

  • Experience with TCP/IP Networks (Virtual and Physical)

  • Knowledge and experience using common IT systems/ equipment

  • Strong understanding with coding, particularly with an object-oriented programming language such as Java

  • Up to 25% travel required or as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree

  • Prior experience with Navy

  • Experience with UML is a plus

  • Prior experience with Navy Continuous Training Environment program.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active Secret Security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
