Your role at Clorox:
CloroxPro is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Operations Manager eager to shape and evolve CloroxPro’s B2B marketing automation capabilities including email marketing, and lead generation. We are implementing a new CRM system and you will help develop and scale a data-driven communication program, using first-party prospect and customer data. Your hands-on experience with enterprise-level email service providers and CRM systems will be instrumental in advancing our efforts, along with a solid understanding of lead conversion, customer retention strategies, and campaign performance KPIs.
In this role, you will:
Operationalize the CRM strategy, personalization and testing roadmap to help build effective long-term customer relationships
Day to day management of marketing automation tool
Partner with CloroxPro’s Content Lead to understand and shape short- and long-term goals to effectively build journeys that help nurture or re-engage prospects and customers
Create segmentation lists, set up campaigns in the marketing automation platform and successfully deploy emails
Support the creation of frameworks and processes for on-going test and learns, including but not limited to A/B content and subject line testing
Monitor engagement rates, share out analytics and make recommendations to the broader CloroxPro team (marketing and sales) to continuously help improve campaign performance
Provide recommendations and share insights on how to best leverage the functionalities of the marketing automation tool to evolve CloroxPro’s marketing capabilities. Set and manage best practices around segmentation, trigger and journey management as well as testing
Monitor data quality and hygiene for all CloroxPro marketing contacts. Ensure marketing contact data management and email deployments flawlessly follow corporate policies and industry best practices such as privacy and first party data governance
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
5+ years in B2B email marketing operations role
CRM system experience
Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, reliable team player with strong initiative
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a changing environment
Experience working within data privacy regulations such as CCPA
Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple email projects at various stages
Strong interpersonal and written and oral communications skills and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally
Analytical thinking shown to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results (the ability to both think strategically and act tactically)
Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience with a CRM system or marketing operations environment
Desirable: CPG experience a plus; experience working with Microsoft D365 a plus

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $101,100 - $194,200
–Zone B: $92,700 - $178,000
–Zone C: $84,300 - $161,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
