Onsite Dental Marketing Associate in United States

Marketing Associate Needed!

Onsite Dental is a high growth and innovative company that delivers access to the highest quality dental care for our clients and patients around the country. We are looking to bring on a key marketing position that will be integral to supporting our growth. The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing a breadth of marketing channels to drive new patient growth and for engaging our existing patients in their treatment plans and preventative appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Building a best-in-class engagement playbook:

  • Support marketing activities for launching new and supporting existing Onsite Dental clients.

  • Prepare for workplace campaigns, health fairs, and cafĂ© visits.

  • Development and Management of our Communication Calendar

  • Create digital slides, email templates, and custom graphics for existing Onsite Dental clients.

  • Content Creation and Management:

  • Use platforms such as Canva and Adobe to create marketing assets including flyers, digital slides, email templates, banners, and A-frames.

  • Sales Pipeline Support:

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with creating marketing assets for the Sales Team

  • Vendor and Material Management:

  • Manage ordering and shipment of marketing materials, signage, and giveaways needed by operations teams.

  • Data Analysis and providing ROI:

  • This role will be focused on creating programs and managing their effectiveness. For example, Check GA4 on a regular basis to track conversions.

  • Build UTM codes and add those where necessary to bring in data flow.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Expertise: Understanding of marketing strategies and activities, particularly in the healthcare or dental industry.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft copy, proofread documents, and ensure client-sensitive communications.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including content creation, event planning, and vendor management.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Adobe, GA4, and Tableau .

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment, fostering productive and fun relationships internally and externally.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage the day-to-day workflow, schedule meetings, and handle vendor relations.

Years of Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
