The Manager Data Service Center will be responsible to help optimize data processes and drive innovation.

The Manager Data Service Center will be responsible to help optimize data processes and drive innovation. The goal is to support the further development and implementation of customized IT Data solutions. The holder of this position will discover efficient ways to manage, organize, store and analyze data with a focus to support business functions.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Ensure the Data Management tasks to support and facilitate efficient, timely and accurate master data creation and change process

• Ensure the development and the sustainability of the data management processes for new and existing Materials and Business Partner

• Manage and develop a team of Data Agents

• Provide Data consulting/support for our internal customers on 1st level base

• Close cooperation with IT MDM Consultants and Data Experts

• Manage cross functional data projects and initiatives from concept to implementation

Qualification & Skills:

• Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in effectively managing data driven projects incl. leading of project teams and preferably direct reports

• Deep experience in Master Data Management with focus on SAP MDG for Business Partner & Material

• Deep knowledge and focus on internal customer support and related tools e.g. Service Now

• Strong skills in continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Leadership and management skills

• Fluent in English, additional language is desirable
