This role is responsible for driving all wealth business in a geographic market including overseeing client relationships, building financial plans, and delivering investment solutions. Identifies potential clients through building relationships with internal partners, external COIs, and marketing initiatives. Interviews clients to determine their financial position: assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives. Analyzes client's financial status, develops a financial plan based on analysis of data, and discusses available financial options. Partners with additional wealth partners as needed depending on the complexity of the client relationship.
Responsibilities
Selling financial products and services to clients for investment purposes including mutual funds, insurance, SMA’s, alternatives, and annuity products
Building a pipeline of mass affluent and high net worth prospects
Building financial plans for clients, analyzing potential outcomes, helping clients choose a path given their specific financial situation
Develops prospects from current banking customers, referral leads and other sources
Ability to work with complex, high net worth clients
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of post high school education and related work experience.
In addition to education, 5+ years of direct sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Ability to source new business leads and follow-through to the sale is expected.
Series 7 and 66 required.
Compensation
This position is commission based.The starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
