We are FLEXIBLE -- both Part Time (min. 32 hours/week, 4 shifts) & Full-Time (40 hours/week, 5 shifts) opportunity on the Evening shift (3:00 - 11:30 pm) are available! All schedules will include every other weekend.

Pay: LPN - $29.00 - $35.00 per hour; RN - $36.00 - $41.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with licensure (LPN or RN) and years of post-license experience. Very generous extra pay for evening and weekend shifts.

You will provide care that enhances residents' individual abilities and will also be a significant contributor to creating positive rehabilitation outcomes and providing clinical services for admission through discharge.

Qualifications

Current NYS LPN/RN license

Current NYS CPR certification

1-2 years of experience required in long term, rehab or acute care

Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required

Strong critical thinking skills required

Ability to work every other weekend

Required to attend complete 3-day classroom orientation + hands-on floor orientation

Compliance with NYS Department of Health requirements.

Physical Requirements

 Stands, sits, and walks most of the day. Frequent moving and ability to lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform activities as defined in skills check list.

Exposure to Conditions

 May be exposed to infectious diseases, odors and psycho-behavioral situations
