Overview Highly organized and self-motivated associate with excellent Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and data management (Teams/SharePoint, Power BI) skills. Demonstrates high integrity, high discretion, and high attention to detail. Independently manages high-priority projects assigned by the General Counsel, including projects that enhance operations, systems, and processes for the Legal and Compliance department. Acts as a bridge to full organization for effective communication and fosters credibility, trust, and support. Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below: Legal Analyst* Assists with operations support for Legal and Compliance department, including but not limited to conducting research and data analysis, writing formulas to support data analysis needs through Excel, report generation, coordination of strategic planning processes, and ad hoc projects.* Interprets, presents, and distills a variety of data and produces meaningful, actionable insights.* Prepares accurate and timely reports and visual presentations for the department with content tailored for audiences including management and other interested parties.* Identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and effectiveness of operations processes and procedures.* Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by conducting quality checks and collaborating with relevant teams. * Creates all deliverables in a timely and accurate manner. Additional Assistance to General Counsel* Oversees budgeting and expense management for the department, including preparing monthly budget reports and processing all invoices and expenses reports in an accurate and timely manner. * Maintains all critical records for the department in organized, database format.* Supports General Counsel in resolution of complex, highly sensitive, and confidential risk management matters. Effectively completes key deliverables, including drafting correspondence, to support General Counsel on tight deadlines. Relevant Experience:Preferred: Five (5) or more years experience as an analyst where knowledge of Excel is integral to the role and/or supporting and working with senior executives preferred.Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent in nonprofit management, finance, legal, or related field.
