Ithaca College LECTURER - EXERCISE SCIENCE AND ATHLETIC TRAINING in United States

The Department of Exercise Science and Athletic Training is currently creating a pool of qualified part-time lecturers/laboratory instructors to fill teaching needs anticipated during the fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters. Qualified individuals may be needed to assist in various courses in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, and Sport Psychology; primarily in anatomy and physiology, along with undergraduate and graduate-level research methods and statistics.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Master’s degree in an Exercise Science related field. Teaching experience in the areas of Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or Sport Psychology preferred but not required. Additional needs could include the areas of anatomy and physiology along with research methods and statistics.

All bargaining unit faculty members shall be covered by the collective bargaining agreement between Ithaca College and Services Employees International Union, Local 200United. Part-time or adjunct bargaining unit employees are all part-time faculty employed by Ithaca College at its Ithaca, New York campus including but not limited to faculty in the titles of Lecturer or Adjunct.

Hiring Rate:

$1,884.51 per credit hour.
