Responsibilities Serving as a senior specialist to the daily effective operations of one or more financial systems. Oversees the testing of system changes and monitors the implementation of enhancements of new products. Plans, manages, and performs the independent testing, analysis, evaluation, and validation of new and changes to existing web applications and finance systems. Distributes team assignments among team members in accordance with workflow, skill level, and specialization. Specialized experience is defined as: Applying financial management methods to the design and development of financial or accounting systems; performing in depth systems analysis and evaluation of financial policies, procedures, and regulations; and ensuring that system design, revisions and modifications comply with finance and accounting practices. Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
