Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a National Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Woundcare division.

If you have a passion for delivering results, our Key Account Manager position could be a great opportunity for you.

You’ll be part of a committed team focused on driving sales of Mölnlycke’s wound care portfolio by actively engaging with private customers, long term centers and distributors. You will be prospecting and developing a business pipeline, driving current Mölnlycke business listings as well as creating new customer relationships.

You’ll make a significant contribution in the following areas:

  • Develop new business across the country, meeting sales targets and other performance related company metrics

  • Plan and implement company strategy across the private segment that consists of hospitals, nursing homes and distributors

  • Managing negotiations with private hospital groups and long term centers

  • Active promotion in targeted private accounts together with regional account managers

  • Present Mölnlycke’s wound care portfolio and value proposition to accounts.

  • Support the marketing and clinical activity plan definition together

  • Prepare customer offers and proposals, liaising with colleagues across the organisation

  • Excel with product expertise to ensure MHC’s position remains well differentiated from competitors

  • Understand competitor and market dynamics across the country, regularly reporting to the Sales Manager

  • Accurately forecast territory sales performance to Regional Business Managers

    What you’ll need

  • Track record of selling similar MedTech products, ideally advanced woundcare

  • Network in the Spanish private health care market, to private hospital groups and private long term centers

  • Understanding of key account management methodology

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability connecting sales function to procurement, managing commercial decisions

  • Demonstration of consultative value add proposition selling skills

  • Sales experience and exposure to previous Account Management is essential

  • Business fluent language skills in Spanish and English required

  • Portuguese language skills would be a plus

  • Microsoft Office essential (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PBI, Outlook)
