Honeywell Inside Sales Representative I - Hospitality Sales - Remote in United States

As an Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Your expertise in inside sales and your ability to meet sales targets will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work remotely.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and provide excellent customer service will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

Support of the Aftermarket organization by providing direct Aftermarket sales support to our Regional Sales Managers, dealers, distributors, end-users and A&E consultants. Working closely within assigned region(s), this includes: providing quotes for Aftermarket sales to customers and Honeywell/Onity field sales, direct selling of Aftermarket solutions, promoting new Aftermarket solutions, communicating updates and/or changes to products, responding to routine sales leads from internal or external sources.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $60,000-$70,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $65,000-$75,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead short-term Aftermarket sales initiatives/campaigns

  • Proactive selling initiatives/lead qualification

  • Drive Aftermarket quote closure win rate

  • Generate and issue of quotes related to product and support services

  • Communicate sales promotions, new product introductions or updates

  • Responsible for projects or multiple tasks within functional discipline

  • Works with limited guidance on projects with short-term focus

  • Assigned territory with focus on exceeding quotas

  • Focus on Onity Aftermarket sales and future product line initiatives

  • Team orientated and can adapt quickly to changes in the market

  • Makes significant contribution to their team by applying their knowledge of the discipline

  • Has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the discipline and role with ongoing development of specialized knowledge

  • Up to 10% travel to support sales meetings, trade show support, and campaigns.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B environment

  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM

  • 2 years of experience with Oracle or other ERP
