RGP Indirect Procurement Consultant in United States
Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. Our Procurement Consultants help companies optimize business performance across the supply chain enterprise. Working as part of the client's team, they drive operational objectives, build internal capabilities, and transfer supply chain knowledge.
Assist clients with Procurement, contract negotiation, execution, review and relationship management, using best practices to meet established service and performance standards
Identify, develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and Indirect materials across a variety of industries
Develop and execute category/commodity management strategies, supplier relationship management, negotiation, risk management and supply base performance management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field required
Minimum of 7 years of procurement experience with proven experience and subject matter expertise in various indirect procurement categories
Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies which yield measurable reductions in spend
Strong supplier relationship management skills and performance measurement monitoring experience
Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, business acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in sourcing tools (i. . Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Oracle) and analytical tools
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: $55/hr - $75/hr
