Job Summary

The HR Technology Senior Systems Administrator performs a key role in leading the operational functions of Workday as well as continually optimizing Shake Shack’s HR technology solutions.  This position will collaborate with cross - functional partners and all levels of management to provide expertise while supporting the business and systems strategy. Will provide leadership, execution, project management, maintenance, testing, and training of enhancements of Workday and HR Technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports the design, development, and performance of the Workday HCM system. 

  • Leads and participates in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies. 

  • Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners.

  • Analyzes data flow, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase quality and efficiency. 

  • Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations.

  • Supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes. 

  • Assists in leading Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruitment processes (including Advanced Compensation and Paradox Conversational Chat to Apply ). 

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • 4-6 years related experience

  • Proficiency in system administration and HR processes

  • Relevant experience with Workday Report Writing and Dashboard building

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree

    Education or Certificate Details

  • Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or Related Field

    Related Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years practical Workday Administration experi ence supporting Workday HCM

  • Project management experience

  • Communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills

Pay Range - $78,265.00 - $126,060.00 *The salary paid to a successful applicant will depend on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, business needs and resources, and the candidate’s location.
