JEVS Human Services House Manager in United States
The Community Living and Home Support (CLHS) program allows individuals with intellectual disabilities to live with independence with the support of caring staff. Our staff provides specialized, 24-hour support within 35 community homes. Each home enhances the individuals' interest and abilities, with an emphasis on community involvement, stability, and maintaining ties to family and loved ones.
As the Associate Director, you will oversee 2 of our homes, manage staff, and monitor our residents.
Job Duties:
Perform emergency duties as requested in the best interest of the health and welfare of consumers
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Oversee budget, overtime, and coordinate maintenance needs of homes and assigned vehicles
Train staff on policies and principles of Everyday Lives
Serve as On-Call for the homes you support; may serve as the On-Call Supervisor across residential programs on a rotational basis
Monitor health for consumers such as medical needs, doctor orders, and medication administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field required.
2+ years experience managing in a BH setting; supervisory experience preferred
Valid driver’s license is required

The base pay for this position is $49,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
