ICONMA, LLC Hardware Engineer in United States

Lead a Hardware Engineering team of up to 6 engineers.
Provide technical and programmatic leadership for hardware design and support teams.
Ensure trade studies, architectures, technical analysis, common hardware solutions, quality products, and proper engineering processes are followed.
Collaborate with First Line Managers to staff programs effectively.
Provide Earned Value updates as the program Cost Account Manager for all hardware engineering work packages.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance
BS and/or MS in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Computer Engineering).
9 years of detailed hardware development experience.
Proficiency in CREO.
1-2 years of experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD).
1-2 years of leadership skills.
1-2 years of experience with Earned Value Analysis.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex systems.
Experience leading small teams for technical execution on programs.
Cross-functional or Integrated Product team leadership experience.
Cost Account management experience.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management and tracking practices.
Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience.
An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
