• Lead a Hardware Engineering team of up to 6 engineers.

• Provide technical and programmatic leadership for hardware design and support teams.

• Ensure trade studies, architectures, technical analysis, common hardware solutions, quality products, and proper engineering processes are followed.

• Collaborate with First Line Managers to staff programs effectively.

• Provide Earned Value updates as the program Cost Account Manager for all hardware engineering work packages.

  Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance

• BS and/or MS in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Computer Engineering).

• 9 years of detailed hardware development experience.

• Proficiency in CREO.

• 1-2 years of experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD).

• 1-2 years of leadership skills.

• 1-2 years of experience with Earned Value Analysis.

  Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex systems.

• Experience leading small teams for technical execution on programs.

• Cross-functional or Integrated Product team leadership experience.

• Cost Account management experience.

• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and tracking practices.

• Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience.

  An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
