Responsibilities

The Senior Administrative Specialist provides administrative support for the Financial Services industry leader. This person works closely with the Growth Administration Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to ensure efficient flow of work, and timely delivery to meet internal associate needs.

This position has the opportunity to be remote, hybrid, or in person.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage big data from multiple sources to create reports and analyze information for leaders

  • Create, proof, and edit documents including but not limited to presentations and Confidentiality Agreements as requested, ensuring timeliness

  • Communicate proactively with internal associates and clients as needed

  • Work independently and collaboratively with the Growth Administration Manager and Growth Marketing Manager

  • Manage and prioritize the Financial Services industry leader’s calendar, ensuring seamless and effective communication and organization

  • Maintain ongoing updates to Financial Services SharePoint calendar

  • Electronic document storage and submitting firm expenses

  • Develop and demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm’s products and services

  • Host external and internal webinars as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • Associate Degree in Administrative Support, Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or Information Technology preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role in a professional services work environment

  • Experience supporting senior leadership required

  • Requires intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook

  • Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: financial institutions, insurance, wealth management, asset management, private equity or other financial services

  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and moderating webinars is preferred

  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills and accurate grammar usage

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $21.00-28.00/hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
