Summary You will serve as a GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST in the N9 of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE CTR CORONADO. Responsibilities You will plan and properly executes Operating Target Accounting and Reporting (OPTAR) funding, to include accounting, requisition, and government charge card open purchases, as well as timely preparation of required reports. You will maintain a record of N9E, Temporary Additional Duty Travel Target (TADTAR) expenses. You will ensure allocated funds are used in conformance with guidelines and instructions and adheres to all financial policies and procedures established by the command. You will analyze logistics and financial reports to detect failure trends. You will serve as Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) administrator to maintain accurate inventory of equipment. You will serve as the supply and logistics manager and advisor to the N9E Director. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Establishing annual budgeting and financial documents with a familiarity in methods and programs for annual budget execution; Providing assistance with ordering, manifesting, delivery, and/or disposal and turn-in of material; Applying a practical knowledge of well-established and commonly applied supply and logistics management principles, concepts, methodologies, to resolve logistics support/service problems.
