Legrand is looking for qualified candidates interested in an exciting career opportunity for aFinancial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) to join the LNA Team. This is a three-year program filling any of a variety of finance positions within Legrand North America business locations. These rotations will require relocation.Potential assigned office locations areConnecticut, Minnesota, Texas, and Pennsylvania. Positions are specifically selected for each individual to broaden their financial skills and experiences in preparation for future financial leadership roles. Accompanying training opportunities will offer program participants the opportunity to develop leadership skills in preparation for future leadership positions.

Finance Leadership Development Program

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an intensive program designed to accelerate the development of talent and produce business leaders ready to support Legrand’s growth in North America.

This three-year program allows Associates to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational positions and training. While working in this role you’ll be mentored and trained to learn valuable skills, such as supervisory and change management techniques, strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and collaboration and teamwork to further enhance your career development.

As a FLDP Associate, you will complete athree 12-month assignmentsin real, full time positions with commensurate responsibilities and accountability, at different Legrand locations in the United States. Positions will be assigned to broaden the FLDP Associate’s experience in areas such as general accounting, financial analysis & planning, forecasting, cost accounting and controls. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned to a finance position in a Legrand North America location and you’ll be poised to contribute at a leadership level to the corporation.

Main job duties are dependent upon the specific finance role the FLDP is assigned to fill for approximately one year. Assigned positions will be tailored to expand each participant’s finance experiences in disciplines such as general accounting financial planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and operations/cost accounting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience: 3 -5 years of relevant finance work experience

    Preferred Skills

  • The associate must be mobile to move to any location within the US.

  • Possible assignment locations include current and future Legrand North America business sites.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, the FLDP Associate will be assigned to an pen role in Finance at any Legrand location.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen through strong performance feedback.

  • Results driven with a track record of success in a wide variety of endeavors.

  • Collaborative – recognized for effective relationship building skills

  • High energy; a can-do attitude when challenges occur
