United Musculoskeletal Partners Digital Marketing Specialist in United States

DESCRIPTION

The Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for UMP and its musculoskeletal practice partners throughout the country. This role will work closely with stakeholders and market leaders to create and implement strategies that drive new patient volume. This role will help manage search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, social media advertising and various online platform marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals for new patient growth

  • Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, social media, email, digital video platforms and other paid media channels

  • Develop and maintain website content, help improve SEO, user engagement and conversion rate of site

  • Conduct market research, understand the target audience and identify marketing and growth opportunities

  • Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement)

  • Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently

  • Track and analyze campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools; understands different mar-tech solutions around tracking, attribution and analytics

  • Implement and maintain KPI and ROI metrics; Ensure marketing metrics tie into business results

  • Stay up-to-date with latest best practices, technology and landscape in digital marketing

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or New Media

  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Wordpress and other digital platforms

  • Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies

  • Healthcare experience is preferred

SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability to understand audience demographics and create marketing campaigns unique to these audiences

  • Understanding of audience segmentation and demographic targeting

  • Strong organization skills to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and work independently in a demanding, dynamic environment

  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to consistently meet deadlines

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills

  • Passion and enthusiasm for marketing as a key growth driver

  • High analytical acumen and data-driven approach; able to use data to tell stories, support hypotheses, improve ideas and influence programs
