Job Overview:

The Senior Paid Media Content Executive will play a key role in executing and managing the Paid Media campaigns for Dubai Holding Entertainment. This position requires hands-on knowledge of campaign activation across media platforms. As a Senior Digital Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a key role in driving targeted traffic, improving conversion rates, and achieving our overall marketing goals. As the most extensive entertainment portfolio in the Middle East, the digital ecosystem is essential to drive the best experience for customers as they engage with some of the most exciting theme parks and attractions from across the Dubai Holding Entertainment family of brands.

Here's your chance to step into the role of Executive Digital Marketing- CMS at Dubai Holding Entertainment: in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• The Content Management Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of content across various digital platforms.

• Manage and organize content within the CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Work closely with the Content Manager to implement content strategies and ensure efficient content workflows.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of personalization and its impact on customer experiences.

• Have experience in producing significant amounts of quality, data-driven content tailored for specific audiences at each stage of the customer's buying journey.

• Possess knowledge of tools and approaches to maximize content personalization while ensuring the scalability of content efforts.

• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to build strong customer profiles and understand customer preferences and intent.

• Familiarity with tagging and accurately categorizing content assets to identify content gaps and inform content strategy.

• Optimize content for SEO and ensure metadata and tags are properly implemented.

• Perform regular content audits to maintain content quality and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with content management standards and policies.

• Experience in delivering new website content and designing content architecture is a plus.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Minimum 6 - 10 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience working with multiple websites, with a strong emphasis on personalized content creation and optimization.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with metadata and tagging concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Experience in training and supporting content contributors.

• Knowledge of web development technologies and HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Experience in delivering new website content and designing content architecture is a plus.
