Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a CX Digital Project Manager - Oncology to join their team. As a CX Digital Project Manager - Oncology, you will be part of the Customer Experience team supporting oncology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
CX Digital Project Manager - Oncology
100% Remote, must work standard EST hours)
12 month contract
$65-$68/hour + medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K saving options, PTO & weekly pay!
What's the Job?
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for customer experience initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
Coordinate with team members to manage workloads and address any resource constraints.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
