We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Sales Representative - Credit Card/Payments to join our team at Tripleseat. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing customers on payment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth company that is changing the hospitality industry.

This role is fully remote to eligible candidates within the United States. If a candidate is local to our Concord, MA office, this will be a hybrid position.

What you will do:

Strategic Upselling:

Devise and execute strategic plans to identify and seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, with a specialized focus on expanding credit card processing/payment services.

Exceeding Sales Targets:

As a seasoned professional, consistently surpasses monthly and quarterly sales targets for add-on products, elevating Tripleseat's position as a leader in innovative solutions.

Exceptional Customer Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing customers, ensuring unparalleled customer service and support that exceeds expectations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing and customer success teams, providing valuable insights and support to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimize future sales and marketing strategies.

What we are looking for: ·

  • 2- 3 years of proven success in outbound credit card/payment solution sales, showcasing a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.

  • While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we value experience and results.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of and passion for the intricacies of the payment processing industry. Hospitality experience is a plus.

  • Possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, reflecting your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar

  • Able to resolve complex problems and think quickly on your feet - - while showing empathy for the customer’s needs!

  • Multi-task oriented and self-starter attitude

  • An effective team player who can work well with Sales, Customer Support, Development Marketing, and Product Management.

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
