Sonos is looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Manager to design and plan campaign strategies for New Product Initiatives (NPI) and sustaining demand for the Sonos portfolio.The CRM charter has high visibility and support to succeed as we design, deploy and analyze programs to grow the value of customer relationships and achieve our goal of creating the ultimate listening experience for our customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Campaign Management, Customer Retention, the Campaign Manager, NPIs & Merchandising will be responsible for planning communication campaigns that will support new product launches and campaigns to promote and merchandise existing Sonos products to the current customer base. This role will work closely with the product marketing organization, data science team, and creative team to develop strategies across the funnel using segmentation and customer insights that meet defined business objectives. This role will help define the process and enable capabilities required to achieve the global CRM strategy.

What You’ll Do
Think customer first.
Evolve and optimize NPI and Merchandising campaign strategies.
Launch NPI and Merchandising campaigns with excellence.
Build ongoing merchandising calendar in partnership with the ecommerce team.
Help forecast and sustain demand for our core portfolio.
Own test and learn approach and campaign execution.
Partner closely with the software team and build launch cadence against release calendar.
Own intake process, messaging cadence, segmentation, and delivery to timeline.
Own briefing process, think creatively and help design value proposition storytelling & content creation.
Manage campaign execution and oversight of CRM producers.
Evaluate campaign performance, deliver wrap-up reports and recommendations for future high-velocity campaigns in partnership with analytics.
Identify opportunities to improve campaigns with dynamic content management and personalization.
Drive testing and segmentation strategies in partnership with Analytics, including development of testing plan, execution and sharing and documenting results.
What You’ll Need

5+ years of experience in crm, lifecycle, loyalty/retention, or email marketing role in-house with brand, at digital agency, or platform provider.
Email Marketing experience.
A strong background in campaign marketing, with a focus on database marketing and content marketing.
Experience with Google docs, JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills; polished interpersonal and influencing skills.
Expertise with methods for measuring and quantifying performance.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related experience.
Experience managing complex projects/programs with integrity and transparency across all stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effort to deliver on expected timelines, and proceed with established objectives
Knowledge of CRM and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Datarama, and Tableaux.
Familiarity with enterprise ESP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
Ability to build relationships and manage external vendors.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative.
Strong technical aptitude and an appetite for learning and staying up to date with technology.
Strong analytical skills and ability to craft compelling narratives around data.
Comfort working with creative teams, talented at articulating business requirements into user experiences, and adept at providing objective feedback.
Ambitious and a self-starter comfortable with some ambiguity.
Problem-solver with excellent follow-through.
Project management experience.
Comfortable working across multiple teams, in a dynamic environment.

This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as an opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all full time employees are eligible for stock grants.
