License/Certifications Required:
Maintain Wilderness First Responder, First Aid, CPR / AED , and Blood Borne Pathogens Instructor Certifications in order to serve as an instructor for UREC (Instructor Course provided by UREC ).
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree.
Two or more years of full-time professional experience developing Outdoor Recreation/Education programming in a collegiate recreation setting and/or other other Outdoor Recreation/Education based organizations.
Previous experience in equipment rental procedures and adventure-based trip management, preferably in a collegiate setting.
Current AMGA SPI or PCIA BMCI certification or ability to obtain within 18 months of employment.
Current certifications through ACA , AMGA , PCIA , ACCT etc.
Experience with Innosoft Fusion recreation management software or other program management software.
Experience with managing a flexible working schedule.

Work Schedule/Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, some nights/weekends/extended field time
