JEVS Human Services Compliance Specialist in United States

Currently we have an exciting opportunity with our Work Ready program as a Compliance Specialist. Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.
This role, located in our Center City Philadelphia office offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 3 days each week on-site and 2 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring Work Ready participants’ participation and sharing information with Clinical Teams.
Generate and review reports to track participant’s weekly hours to determine compliance with program requirements.
Compile, review, and submit relevant documentation (timesheets, pay stubs, employment verification forms, incentives, and other forms) to the Team to ensure documents are not missing.
Assist in monthly reconciliation of participant data to ensure accuracy of all activity hours, dates, and time & attendance and case note entry in the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) and ECM database.
Review on-going case notes weekly to provide direction regarding clinical intervention and/or content.
Proactively identify gaps in services, glitches in systems integration and needs for new linkages. Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of human service/ case management experience preferred; Appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Previous workforce experience is preferred with knowledge of EARN program policies. Ability to synthesize information into digestible formats.
Experience in case management
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel)

The base pay for this position ranges from $20.06 - $26.38 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
