Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese Client Navigator in United States
Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below that.
Welcomes clients, engages with CCAC program employees and volunteers, and serves as a key member of and point of contact within the CCAC community at the downtown flagship. This includes welcoming, supporting, and serving guests at Catholic Charities' suppers, five nights a week at our downtown flagship.
Provides light case management to support clients who come into CCAC's downtown flagship seeking resources and supports.
Promotes client's empowerment and self-sufficiency by connecting them to community resources and people who can help them access those supports, within Catholic Charities and at partner organizations.
Collaborates effectively and follows through to ensure clients receive needed services on a timely basis.
Supports the Senior Director in coordinating a small set of activities that provide meaningful support to clients, build community, and engage volunteers at our downtown flagship.
Works on other projects as needed.
PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.X Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling or standing multiple times a day.X Push and pull objects up to 5 0 pounds.X Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time.X Lift up to 50 pounds.
