Responsibilities :

  • The Sales Operations Analyst III is responsible for having a full understanding of Automation Anywhere’s product and service solutions, including global channel programs, their benefits and requirements.

  • Maintain direct and active relationships with channel partners. Manage day-to-day channel operations processes including responding to partner inquiries, and escalations and delivering best-in-class support.

  • Ensure smooth processing and review of incoming deal registrations submitted by partners.

  • Review prospect partner applications, provide recommendations and manage the new partner registration, onboarding and renewal process.

  • Serve as a point of contact for external and cross-functional internal teams for identification of system and operational issues, prioritize partner requests, and assist with troubleshooting and resolution of partner concerns.

  • Support partner program requirements review process, and assist with the maintenance of partner data across all Automation Anywhere partner platforms.

  • Proactively evaluate and provide recommendations on team workflows and process improvements to drive scale, quality, and efficiency within the channel business.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for new and enhanced processes.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as business needs arise.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment, preferably in the technology industry.

  • Knowledge of Sales/Channel Operations or Sales/Channel Enablement processes.

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, planning and time management skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
