Honeywell Channel Account Manager in United States

As a Channel Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth for our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) division through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions in the PPE market. By providing guidance and support to the channel sales team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company's PPE business.

You will work remotely and report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Honeywell PPE.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's success by developing and executing channel sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's market presence in the PPE industry. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position it as a leader in the PPE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the PPE market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance in the PPE industry

  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions in the PPE market

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management in the PPE industry

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth in the PPE market

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives in the PPE industry, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

The annual base salary range for this position is <$90,000 - 115,000$>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the PPE industry

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in the PPE industry

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
