We are implementing an exciting global Digital Transformation Program (DTP), using digital technologies to help improve the way we work, including how we deliver, create, and collaborate.  Our Transformation Program will improve the quality, relevance, efficiency, and impact of DAI´s business offering through better knowledge sharing, improved data usage, and more efficient business processes.

A seasoned change management expert, you will be responsible for the execution of change management activities using the Prosci methodology, to support the roll out of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System SAP S/4HANA S/4HANA, and Project Management System, Wrike.

As part of our global DTP Team, you will work with the Change Management Lead to help inform, engage, train, and support our teams during implementation of our new systems. You will collaborate with our diverse and dynamic teams, including DAI Leadership, Program Staff, DAI Technology, Finance, and critically our global project offices, to support the successful implementation and embedding of our new systems.

Role and Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy & Plans

· Support the implementation of the DTP Change Management Strategy using the Prosci methodology and ADKAR model to address the people side of change for the systems roll-out, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement and adoption

· Maintain and implement detailed change management plans (i.e. People Manager Plan Communications Plan, and Training Plan) and support workstreams to integrate change management activities into workstream project plans

· Support the measurement of effectiveness of change management activities, gathering feedback via surveys and focus groups, and incorporating continuous improvement and lessons learned to the change management approach

Training /Development

· Work with our training team, and internal stakeholders to ensure training needs and/or culture-related aspects are incorporated in the training roll out, to enable staff to develop the required skills to adapt to and embed our new systems and ways of working

· Facilitate large multi-stakeholder meetings/workshops/training as required e.g. DTP Informational Roadshows, and People Manager Training Sessions.

· Provide coaching to sponsors, the DTP Program team, people managers and other key roles in the organization to foster change leadership and gain support

Communications

· Support the DTP Communications Manager in developing and disseminating multi-channel communication assets e.g. SharePoint, Viva Engage, videos and presentations, which reinforce the program’s change management objectives of increasing employee awareness, adoption, and usage of the new system

· Manage key stakeholder engagement, including communication to business process

owners, subject matter experts, and the executive management team

Success Metrics:

· Business adoption; employees are trained and equipped with the abilities required to successfully adapt to our new ways of working and can perform their duties in our new systems

· Completion of all change management activities on time and within budget

· Positive feedback from employees on the effectiveness of change management practices

· Documentation of lessons learned and best practices for future change initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

· At least five years’ experience in implementing change management methodologies (change management qualification or certification desirable e.g., Prosci)

· Experience managing/supporting the change management workstream for large-scale technology implementations. Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software implementations e.g. SAP S/4HANA and/or Wrike preferred

· Deep knowledge of organizational change and organizational development, ideally gained within the context of international development / the public sector

· Ability to communicate with, engage and influence stakeholders and program team members, building relationships and trust with individuals at all levels in the organization and within a geographically dispersed team

· Strategic thinking with the capacity to understand impacts of decisions on multiple areas

· Able to manage multiple initiatives and quickly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

For consultants working in the United States, the hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $45.00 per hour and $65.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Additionally, U.S. based temporary employees of DAI may be eligible to accrue sick leave based on their hours worked in accordance with local law; and may be eligible to participate in DAI’s 401(k) retirement plan, with a company match. Eligibility for DAI’s other health and welfare benefits is subject to the plan documents. Detailed information will be provided at the time a formal offer is extended.
