BayCare is currently in search of our newest Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. TheCertified Nursing Assistant is responsible to perform duties under the direct oversight of a licensed provider.

Responsibilities:

• Assists providers by performing pre-visit planning in the EMR based on standard protocols.

• Obtains patient history, vital signs and completes intake procedures

• Enters non-clinical orders per protocol and intake into EMR

• Relays normal patient results per physician instruction.

• Takes accurate and concise messages in EMR

• Performs all patient interactions and documentation using appropriate terminology according to procedures and upholding the BayCare Values

• Performs other duties as assigned

Certification & Licensure:

• Required Florida CNA (Nursing Assistant)

Education:

• Preferred High School or Equivalent

• Preferred Technical Certified Nursing Assistant

Required Experience:

• Preferred 1 year Unlicensed Care
