FEV North America, Inc Business Development Manager in United States

We are looking for driven individuals to bring FEV's innovative mobility solutions to customers in a broad range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, marine, recreation, commercial, rail, off-highway, and energy.
Job Responsibilities:
Support FEV Business Development in vehicle & powertrain engineering, intelligent mobility, and software development
Develop and/or strengthen partnerships with existing FEV customers, at all levels of the organization, through effective account management
Define and execute sales strategies, based on an understanding of customer product & technology road maps
Identify & develop new business opportunities through effective networking, including proactive personal interaction and participation in trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
Support engineering team in identification of customer requirements and development of proposals to meet or exceed customer expectations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ years of experience in relevant technology field
3+ years in sales, product management, or business development
Ability to learn new concepts and technologies
Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
Self-starter: ability to function in a matrixed, team organization, taking accountability for meeting business objectives with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the engineering service industry
Experience related to e-mobility and/or software technology solutions
Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry
