Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality/eQMS Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Business Analyst and Project Management (PM) experience within the life sciences industry, with a strong focus on GxP regulations. Requires experience with Rockwell MES. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for regulatory operational projects.
Perform BA / PM duties as required for Rockwell MES administration, supporting project teams in managing timelines, deliverables, assign project team roles and resources, identify and track issues and their resolution, and guide project scope, creep, and requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Utilize data analysis tools to generate valuable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Work closely with other project managers to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to project timelines and understand and manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Create and maintain project documentation, including writing test scripts.
Perform testing as required on Rockwell MES system and contribute to validation deliverables
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the life sciences industry with Rockwell MES (required).
Strong GxP regulatory knowledge and experience. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, including regulatory frameworks, clinical trial methodologies, and product development processes.
Extensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and the ability to write documents to support that.
Strong business analyst skills with strength managing leading multiple projects at once.
Strong ability to interpret the technical knowledge into actionable items for the team to execute while interacting with all levels of the organization in a professional and timely manner
Strong business understanding of financial analysis, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to identify key issues, analyze root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
