• Identify fasteners (rivets, screws, bolts, etc.)

• Interpret blueprints, data sheets, and manuals

• Perform cleaning, corrosion control, and finishing tasks

• Conduct structural repairs and modifications

• Use precision tools for drilling, measuring, and assembly

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance

• Maintain safety and quality standards

  General Duties:

• Efficiently complete tasks with first-time quality

• Follow guidance from leads and SMEs

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain certifications

• Lift tools and materials within specified limits

• Communicate via basic computer systems

• Contribute to a safe, organized, and clean work environment

  Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of aircraft mechanic experience (commercial or defense)

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings

• Precision drilling and measuring skills

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

  Preferred Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe and/or Power Plant certification

• Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance processes

  Education & Experience:

• High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of industry/military experience
