The Associate Regional Operations Training and Development Specialist is an entry-level role within our Global Training team. You will be dedicated to learn the structure and training disciplines for developing Global Forwarding staff while upholding the core foundational principles of the Global Operations Training Program.

As an Associate Regional Operations Training and Development Specialist you will work together with the Regional Manager Operations Training and Support, Global Training Team, regional branch offices, and corporate teams to help our organization succeed by training and developing our Global Forwarding operations staff. As an Associate Regional Operations Training and Development Specialist you will provide routine coaching solutions and guidance to end users by following established policies and procedures. Work is supervised by manager.

On Your Next Adventure, You’ll:

• Collaborate with and support the Regional Manager Operations Training and Support and Global Training Team to deploy training solutions that support the delivery of a world class Global Operations Training Program

• Host training sessions for operations employeesfollowinguniform standard processes, efficient practices and compliant industry standards

• Coach and train desk level staff as needed

• Deliver Global Forwarding related web-based learning, instructor led courses, workshops, and other various Global Forwarding trainings utilizing our organization’s LMS

• Provide re-training to branch modal teams as identified by Business Process Optimization Team and/or Compliance Team audit findings

• Contribute to creation, maintenance, and publication of quality accessible operations resource documentation, e.g. Job Aids, Responsibility Guides, Users Guides, and SOPs

• Utilize agreed upon Global Forwarding training templates and adhere to Global Forwarding operations knowledge site publication standards

• Promote availability to accessible quality opportunities related to freight forwarding and industry professional development.

• Deploy training surveys as needed

• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

You’re a Great Fit if You Have:

• Minimum 2 years of Global Forwarding Operations experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

• Ability to travel up to 10%

• Excellent communication (oral and written) In English, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and training skills

• Other EU languages will be valuable

• Ability to collaborate and align across functional and geographical boundaries to achieve results by following established policies, procedures, and specific, detailed instructions

• Detail-oriented, organized and productive
