Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements below that. 1. Indirectly responsible for coaching, supervising, and training Grocery Associates, Maintenance Associates, and Nutrition Associates. 2. Initiates, coordinates, and ensures operational effectiveness and compliance with policies and procedures of CCAC, funding bodies, and external vendors. 3. Maintains flexibility in work location and schedule, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays. 4. Creates an environment that fosters exceptional client interaction and experience. 5. Operates with minimal supervision and consults with the supervisory chain in situations that may present a risk, including conflict resolution with customers, staff, or vendors. 6. Ensures a clean, safe, and secure environment, including completion of facility repairs. 7. Assists with inventory management. Supports monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data. Assists with monthly reporting, research, and reconciliation of discrepancies. 8. Effectively delivers timely written and verbal reporting of Center operations to WIC leadership team. PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. X Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling, or standing multiple times a day X Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds X Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time X Lift up to 50 pounds Additional Requirements: Comply with program and/or Agency requirements related to (check all that apply).
