ManTech Asset Management Subject Matter Expert in United States

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Asset Management Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This is a Remote role .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Represent ManTech in client facing, highly visible roles

  • Lead and facilitate Asset Management (Real Property/Facilities) maturity assessment interviews sessions with commercial and government clients

  • Conduct asset management (real property) system gap analysis to identify areas in need of improvement

  • Develop maturity roadmaps and other change management documents

  • Develop and present executive level briefings of findings

  • Develop, produce, and present thought leadership products, presentations, papers, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in asset management of facility or built infrastructure portfolios

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

  • Must have experience using IBM Maximo for real property lifecycle management

  • Must have experience using Oracle Primavera (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Software)

  • Ability to facilitate group sessions to reach a common goal

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

  • Experience facilitating change management for an organization(s)

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate complex information and solutions with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to travel to client site approximately once a month for multiple days

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real property or real estate management experience, e.g. planning, design, construction, facilities management, and/or program management in the public or private sector

  • Knowledge and application of ISO 55000 – Asset Management System standards with commercial or government client

  • Data science, business intelligence, and information systems experience, e.g. data analysis, trend and performance analysis, developing IT-enabled workflows

  • Professional certifications in Asset Management and Facilities Management

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
