Job Description
During the fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters, the K-12 Partner District Adjunct in Educational Administration will prepare for and co-teach with a university faculty assigned classes in the field of educational administration following a syllabus guideline, maintain appropriate records, report needed data to the department, and complete all necessary professional development modules assigned by the University. The candidate will teach face-to-face graduate level students in a district-based cohort model.
Required Education and Experience:
Be available to teach evenings during the week
Be a current employee in North East ISD, Northside ISD, or Comal ISD
Possess a master's degree in educational leadership or a closely related field with at least 18 hours in educational leadership.
Provide a positive recommendation from a district level administrator in North East ISD, Northside ISD, or Comal ISD.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in the field of Educational Leadership from a regionally accredited institution or a closely related field with at least 18 hours in Educational Leadership. University will credential each applicant.
Previous experience in training or providing professional development for educators.
Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting.
